Promotion Period:
- The Boxing Day Deals promotion starts on 25th December 2024 and ends on 29th December 2024, 11:59 PM AEDT.
Eligibility:
- This promotion is open to all customers who make qualifying purchases at www.fighthq.com.au during the promotional period.
Spend and Get Tiers:
- Spend $150 and receive a $20 e-gift voucher.
- Spend $200 and receive a $25 e-gift voucher.
- Spend $300 and receive a $30 e-gift voucher.
- Spend $350 and receive a $40 e-gift voucher.
- Spend over $400 and receive a $50 e-gift voucher.

How to Redeem

Qualifying Purchases:
- Customers must meet the spend thresholds in a single transaction to qualify for the corresponding e-gift voucher.
E-Gift Voucher Issuance:

- Once the form is submitted, the e-gift voucher will be emailed to the customer within 5 business days.
Voucher Usage:

Terms of Use

Voucher Validity:

Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. FightHQ.com.au reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Fraud Prevention:

All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order and orders will be held from shipment until security checks have been completed. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided to complete the necessary security checks. Failure to comply with such a request from FightHQ will result in the order being cancelled and the funds being refunded back to the user's card.

Wholesale:

FightHQ.com.au is a reseller to end-user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by FightHQ.com.au.

Shipping & Delivery:

We offer Australia-wide free shipping on all orders over $49 and $4.95 flat rate for domestic orders under $49. Express shipping cost is calculated automatically for each order based on the size, weight and location.

All orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.

Customers who choose express shipping (no signature) give authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address. FightHQ will only replace orders using this shipping method providing the order is proved lost in transit by our delivery company.

The delivery times provided by FightHQ.com.au are estimates only. FightHQ.com.au will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Larger orders may be without notice, split up and shipped on a number of consignments for ease of delivery. Tracking information for all consignments will be available. FightHQ.com.au will not be held accountable for delivery instructions left on the order being missed or not followed.

Returns, Refunds, Store Credit and Warranty:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will allow a return for store credit or refund to take place within 60 days of purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover all postal charges that occur with returning the item(s), however, FightHQ will cover the return postage of faulty items.

Any item which is to be returned to FightHQ will only be accepted if approval has been granted by FightHQ and a return number has been generated. FightHQ reserves the right to refuse any returned item without notice if we deem the return to not meet guidelines described in the return. The cost of returning rejected items is the responsibility of the customer and FightHQ reserves the right to hold products until payment of shipping has been made.

Pricing:

Prices are subject to change without notice. All pricing unless otherwise stated is set to Recommended Retail which in most cases is set by the Australian Importers of the Products. Pricing changes at FightHQ are at the discretion of the business and can vary depending on promotional offers. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate.

Order Cancellations:

If notified before goods have been dispatched, FightHQ.com.au can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, FightHQ.com.au reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical errors or incorrect information from our suppliers, FightHQ reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders of items purchased for the incorrect price.
